These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoCal Fitness Festival website (the "Site"), operated by WZA Sports ("WZA Sports," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About SoCal Fitness Festival

SoCal Fitness Festival is a multi-event fitness festival produced by WZA Sports, uniting several independently operated events and experiences — including the flagship Gymreapers Wodapalooza SoCal — under one weekend at Huntington Beach Pier. The Site provides general information about the festival and links to the individual events, ticketing platforms, and vendors that make it up.

2. Tickets and Registration

Spectator tickets for SoCal Fitness Festival are sold through Tixr, a third-party ticketing platform. Athlete registration for individual competitions (e.g., Gymreapers Wodapalooza SoCal, Gauntlet, USA Weightlifting, Strongest in SoCal) is handled separately by each event through its own registration platform. Purchases and registrations are subject to the applicable third-party platform's own terms of service, refund policy, and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before completing a transaction. WZA Sports does not process or store your payment information on this Site.

3. Event Changes and Cancellations

Festival dates, schedules, lineups, venues, and individual event details are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to keep this Site current, but we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.

4. Assumption of Risk

Attending or participating in SoCal Fitness Festival and its component events involves inherent risks, including risks associated with athletic competition, large crowds, outdoor conditions, and physical activity. If you register to compete in an individual event, you will be required to agree to that event's own waiver and release of liability as part of registration. By attending as a spectator, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance.

5. Photography, Video, and Publicity

By attending SoCal Fitness Festival, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place throughout the event, and that your image or likeness may be captured and used by WZA Sports for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across our website, social media, and other channels, without additional compensation or notice.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms we do not control, including but not limited to Tixr, competition registration platforms, and partner/vendor sites such as Dreamers Market. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to WZA Sports and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Event names, logos, and marks belonging to partner organizations (e.g., Gymreapers, USA Weightlifting) remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or to submit false, misleading, or abusive content through any contact form on the Site.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WZA Sports does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WZA Sports and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or attendance at SoCal Fitness Festival.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WZA Sports from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
